Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non refundable. Please Contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to reschedule or cancel. For any new full lash sets and semi permanent makeup appointments, cancellation within 24 hours will result in losing your deposit. Rescheduling need to be made in advance of 24 hours or more to reschedule with your deposit.
