Eyelash Extensions Training Course Student Terms and Policy

1. Course Overview

The Eyelash Extensions Training Course is a 2-day professional training program covering Classic,
Wet Lash, and Volume lash styles. The total cost of the full course is $1,200. Each individual style
is typically valued at $450 per style. Enrollment in the full training program provides a discounted
bundled rate.

2. Registration, Deposit, and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure enrollment. The remaining balance must be
paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class start date. Failure to submit full
payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of enrollment and forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Course Schedule and Training Hours

This is a 2-day training course. Training hours are 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. Light snacks and
drinks will be provided during training.

4. Training Kit and Materials

Students will receive a beginner eyelash extension kit, training materials, and supplies as part of the
course. Once the kit has been issued, opened, or used, it becomes the property and responsibility
of the student and is non-refundable.

5. Model Demonstration and Hands-On Training

Students are not required to provide their own models. Models will be provided for demonstration
and hands-on learning purposes. Model demonstrations are scheduled for Day 2 at 1:30 PM. Model
services are provided strictly for educational purposes and are not guaranteed to result in a full set
of eyelash extensions.

6. Age Requirement

Students must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the training course.

​

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The $400 deposit is non-refundable. Students may reschedule one time with at least 7 days written
notice. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.

8. Certification Requirements

Certification will be granted only after the student completes the full training program, participates inhands-on practice, and demonstrates safe and competent technique. Completion of this course
does not guarantee employment, licensing, or business success.

9. Post-Training Support

Students will receive ongoing support after completion of the course through a private Facebook group.  Shadowing is available for up to three appointments.

Rescheduling more than three times results in forfeiture of remaining shadowing opportunities.
Advanced training is available for all certified students.

10. Liability Waiver

Anthro Beauté 'The Lash n Brow Haven' is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, damages,
or loss of personal property. Students participate at their own risk.
